Brazilian Beat Canada Dance Congress
Brazil Dance World presented the 2nd annual Brazilian Beat Congress held at the Ukrainian Hall Cultural Centre, billed as the biggest celebration of Brazilian dance in Canada.
Opening night was Thursday - April 26 at Pacha Lounge at 1305 Dundas Street West.
The opening event was also a Cancer fundraiser with a silent auction of art by Elizabeth De Costa.
Performances was provided by Jeanette Simoes

Maracatu Baque de Bamba show
The shows were followup by dancing till dawn.
